Faq

Where do you deliver too? What is your delivery policy?

We deliver free to anywhere in Dubai for orders over 150 AED, for orders under 150 AED we charge a 20 AED delivery fee. These deliveries are done typically between 2 to 3 business days. We also offer a “Next Day Delivery” service for a fee of AED 20. For light orders outside Dubai we charge a flat rate of 20 AED and use a third party delivery service. For furniture deliveries in Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah we charge a flat rate of AED 150 for delivery and assembly.  For Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain we charge AED 200 for delivery and assembly. We understand that this seems high, however, considering our location and logistically, it is very expensive for us to drive all the way to Abu Dhabi or RAK for one delivery, the fuel, time, and labor involved is all very expensive for us. So this charge is not for anything but for us to cover the cost of these further away deliveries. We hope you understand.

Can I return an item?

We accept items for return if they are in their original packaging and are in a sellable condition. These returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. All costs for return must be incurred by the buyer. All items delivered, or purchased in the store are only eligible for store credit. We do not accept any returns for our furniture items. We expect that the purchaser has done their due diligence before purchasing furniture as delivering and assembling furniture is a high cost activity and as such the customer is bound to any products ordered from our furniture selection. Can I cancel an order?

Yes you can, fill out our Return form or please give us a call as soon as possible at 042764523 or 0556570681 and if your order has not been processed for delivery we can cancel it. If they payment has already been made via card, we will give you a refund back via the same mode of payment. All bank charges and processing fees incurred will be the cost of the customer.

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex as card modes of payment, alongside online Bank Transfers. We also offer cash on delivery. For corporate clients that have been verified and passed our approval process we are able to accept cheque payments as well as credit accounts.

What are my responsibilities regarding payments?

The Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records as well as take note of all merchant policy and rules.

Why has the price of a product I have viewed before changed?

Office Centre reserves the right to change the prices of products without prior notice. This is for no reason other than keeping up with replacement cost and market prices of certain products.

What currency can I pay in?

International cards are accepted alongside UAE cards, however all transactions are translated into AED, UAE Dirham’s. For foreign issued cards there might be a transaction fee added by the cardholders Bank.

How can I update my account?

Log into your account and proceed to the account settings option. Here you can update your Address, payment information, contact number, password and other details. The user is solely responsible for the content, usage, and purchases made under his/her account at all times. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and its details at all times.
